OUR SERVICES
Seeking help is often the first step towards getting and staying well, but it can be hard to know how to start or where to turn to.
It is normal to feel unsure, and to wonder whether you should try to handle things on your own. But it is always okay to ask for help.
Our volunteers are experts in various fields, which enables us to signpost in terms of medical, mental health, safeguarding (adults and children) and social concerns. In particular regarding domestic abuse, we help individuals involved to identify the signs of abuse, and guide them to use the available resources to resolve issues.
We are committed to maintaining confidentiality in all your discussions with us on this helpline. The only exception is where statutory laws and regulations makes it mandatory for us to inform other professionals. We will confirm with you, if the issue that is raised would lead to such an exception.
When you call us on 07828103000, you will be put through to a volunteer. We would aim to get you in touch with our professional team straight away, but this might not always be possible as it depends on the number of volunteers we have on the phones at that time.
When you email us at @jeevantrust , we aim to respond within 48 hours.
